Connie came to Silver State in 2021. Prior to starting at Silver State Connie worked in the industry for over 10 years. She has been designing for 2 years. Since starting design, Connie has completed Mitek University and became WTCA certified.

Richard Lahman

General Manager of Silver State Components of AZ, LLC.

Richie has been in the construction industry since 1990. The first 11 Years he worked in residential and commercial framing. Seven years of that was managing framing jobs. In 2001 he went to work in the truss industry as a field representative and designer. In January of 2009, Richie and Larry opened the Arizona office of Silver State Components, Inc.

Fun Fact: Richie loves outdoor sports.

Thomas Branaman

Tom Branaman is a Field Representative for Silver State Components of AZ, LLC. His employment with Silver State Components in Lake Havasu City started in February of 2016. He pursued a fulfilling career in construction and has been in the industry since 1960.

Fun Fact: He was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona and currently lives in Lake Havasu City Arizona since 1990. He has 3 amazing children and 4 adorable grandchildren.

Jared

Nate Landry

In the 3 years Nate has been designing trusses he has progressed to designing multifamily and multistory homes. Nate has become more acquainted with loadings and load transfer. Nate likes movies, sunny weather, baseball, and sarcasm. Nate is often misunderstood because he speaks in obscure movie quotes. He has two beautiful daughters.

Nate has a BA in Public Relation from Grand Canyon University, where he played baseball from 1998-2001. He later completed his MS in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University im 2012.

Fun Facts: Nate coached the Inaugural CCBL Champion Intercoastal Dolphins in Jacksonville, FL (26-12, 2021) and is the current Associate Head Coach of the Havasu Heat.
